Saturday was a big day for my sister. She turned 10, and to celebrate, I created a dark chocolate 3-tier cake. My sister loves the Harry Potter book series by J.K. Rowling. When making the cake, I made sure to get the magic theme very evident in the cake, while still keeping the elegant and sophisticated style that I love by using Wilton’s gold sugar sprinkles.
